[Music] so guys I’m say I welcome back my cattle and welcome to today’s video I’m so excited because today I’m doing something a little bit different I’ve really done anything stupid similar to this before today I’m actually doing ten different ways to be like healthier and sorry I feel like it is kind of different to stuff that I’ve done before but either way if you do like it make sure to give down below and let me know so then that way I believe it I can go and do it but anyway you hopefully guys like the video so tip number one is to workout with music but obviously you guys probably already do that I feel like everyone works out listening to music so my actual tip is to create a workout playlist that has all music that’s got a cricketer for every go I’m in so when you workout with music just a lot FAFSA you tend to run faster up here on the treadmill I’ll put more effort into your workouts so if you’re currently listening to music system looks lower and you feel like you’re not putting all of your effort into your blackouts then definitely try making a playlist with songs it away quicker but just in case you guys have no idea what good songs to listen to when you’re working out I’ll link my Spotify playlist down below then I created specifically for working out ticket work out a little [Music] blue nine times on each anybody schedule out the whack outs that I want to do in a week I definitely just might work out like I’ll be the person on the couch with a bag of chips thinking I wish I was at the gym right now before I leave but I definitely find when I do finally schedule at my workouts I hold myself more accountable and actually get up off the couch and go and do them so if you’re like me and you find yourself being lazy Amy looks Street on the couch but not going to the gym and try scheduling your workout so one of my issues when I’m working out is I never know what exactly it is that I should be doing so then I’m like elbow I don’t know I’m not gonna work out that what you can do to stuff that is Mike one of these cute little DIY ice cubes like all you need is a printout sometimes and you’re gonna need a glue stick so basically before you get started you want to work out which ones are your favorite workouts to do so whether you like sit-ups or lunges or squats whatever it is just work out all your favorites and then just start writing them down on your – key and then obviously the next steps are pretty self-explanatory so you’re just going to go in and make it ice cube I just went in and cut it out with a pair of scissors I don’t know if I should explain this but anyway just going with some scissors and cut it out and then once you’ve cut it out you just want to fold all the black lines down and then you can start going it together but as you’re practicing I’m a waiter I know I sing every single time I do DIYs and let’s see an edge here in slurs yes I didn’t cut it out and once you’re finished going till you die scared once it’s dry you’re good to go ahead and start using a few workouts and this is seriously gonna make this so much easier that way you won’t just be standing there wondering like oh what am I meant to be doing and feeling super awkward but you can go ahead and have fun with it [Music] [Music] please look super vain but I feel like okay I feel like it is really vain it’s basically take selfies take progress pictures that way you know when you’re working out that it’s actually paying and you’re seeing changes in your body or your fitness because I just feel like it’s easier to assume that like working out does nothing and is very important doing it all those very poor eating healthy but if you take photos you’re actually going to see the changes so the next healthy tip is choose myself three swaps is really easy awesome three talks that you can find online a but I feel like just look at the food I eat every single day and work out what you can swap it out for so for instance some of my favorites are the ones that you’re seeing now I just worked out milks for just like coconut milks because I actually find it tastier you can pop out like potato chips for just air-popped popcorn and sugar is really easy you can just swap it out for things like maple syrup moving on if you’re someone that doesn’t like going and working out in public like you hate going to the gym but you kind of feel like you don’t have anyone there to like make you feel like you’re doing the right thing or give you exercises to try out then totally to try out some youtube workouts I went to LA galati’s all the time as you seriously the best because I just feel like that way I don’t have to go out and probably can get sweaty and hot I can just do it in my laundry so even when I’m being healthy I’m still gonna eat normal ice cream whenever I want to but I thought okay guys this really awesome little nice cream recipe I’m sure you guys have seen ice cream before but I think it’s basically when people just make ice cream out of bananas so you firstly you’re just going to want to go and get yourself a ton of bananas and just cut them up I put mine in a little ziploc bag and then just freeze them in the freezer done and then here just as if I was on some like fancy cooking show I’m just going to whip out some frozen bananas but it is like instantly made but once you whip out even on is all you want to do is put them in your food processor and you also want to add in some cocoa awesome cacao and I also like to put in some vanilla as well because I really like the flavor and I just like my free prices around which is like my scariest part of doing this I really hate blenders and food processors because they’re so loud and they vibrate like my entire kitchen bench but once I’m done I just scoop it out and seriously does not look like I like it looks like the vessel so if I scream ever I mean it doesn’t taste exactly like ice cream but it’s to take pretty good and has heaps of different flavors you can find online on Pinterest [Music] moving on the next stamp is to note skip breakfast I feel like like I’m not gonna lie I feel like when I was in like right I used to skip breakfast every single day just because I didn’t feel like I was hungry and I would seriously feel sorry tight all day so if you’re trying to work out and you’re trying to get fit and healthy then definitely don’t skip breakfast because you definitely want every single bit of energy you can get [Music] and this one is probably my favorite tip of the whole video because I’m all about taking a break I’m all about watching Netflix so if you’re watching out make sugar or just I’ll take some time off do whatever you wanna do definitely I just take a break by watching Netflix in bed I’m seriously obsessed with Gossip Girl and Shadowhunters at the moment has anyone with Shadowhunters it’s my favorite show ever it lastly I feel like we all need someone coming make sure you’re drinking and now Florida I feel like no one really thinks about how much what do they need a drink but it’s so good for you both so many reasons it makes your skin look healthier it’s really important if you like sweating it out in the gym to rehydrate yourself and it keeps our metabolism in the morning so if you’re not you eat up water and you don’t like the taste is awesome for in it and it will
